Clay helps hold accountable those who abuse our trust and carelessly hurt others. He has represented a varied clientele, including motorists injured by dangerous commercial vehicles, consumers cheated by deceptive marketing, public corporations and banks with complex commercial or real estate disputes against other behemoths, and local governments and elected officials accused of Constitutional violations. He helps victims of egregious medical malpractice, and their families, navigate the legal labyrinth to reclaim their lives. Clay stands for the voiceless, sometimes helpless, elderly who are neglected and abused by the nursing homes trusted to care for them.

Clay studied law and advocacy at Baylor University after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. He practices trial and appellate law statewide from the Janicek Law office in San Antonio. Clay has been inducted into the College of the State Bar of Texas, an honor society chartered by the Supreme Court of Texas to recognize special dedication to continuing legal education. He is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice law in every trial and appellate court of the State of Texas and admitted before the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
