Biography

Karen Rangel is a vital member of the Janicek Law team. Serving as a litigation paralegal, she handles Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases. She is dedicated to providing organized, thorough and proactive support through every stage of a case. Karen’s goals are to continue to develop her skills in case investigation, medical record analysis and trial preparation, in order to ensure our clients receive the justice and answers they deserve.

Karen prides herself in being a reliable, detail-oriented member of the team—someone who works behind the scenes to keep complex cases moving forward efficiently and accurately. She is driven to support both attorneys and clients by providing high quality support and work product.

Outside of work, Karen loves cheering on her children at their sporting events, traveling, and making lasting memories with her family. Balancing a fulfilling home life as well as a meaningful career inspires her to show up focused and dedicated in every aspect of her life.
